What is Microsoft Outlook?
Outlook is a Microsoft Personal Information Management (PIM) system that includes a mail client and tools to handle appointments, events, contacts,
tasks and notes. With Outlook you can keep track of everything on your calendar. You can schedule
reminders using Outlook's Task Scheduler.

Do you need to send a similar letter to many recipients? Microsoft Outlook makes it easy by integrating
with Word to produce personalized letters to everyone on your address list! Would you like to send a Word
document with special formatting effects to a friend? Just send it as an attachment in Outlook, and
your friend opening it in Outlook will be able to see your creation!
