Using Netscape 6, students will learn to identify the components of and navigate in the Netscape 6 Navigator window; use a variety of search techniques to browse and find information on the Internet; customize Netscape 6 by working with My Sidebar, the Personal toolbar, and themes; use bookmarks to maintain links to particularly useful sites; communicate with other Internet users by using Netscape Mail and the Personal Address Book, and communicate instantly with coworkers and friends by using Netscape Instant Messenger.
