GoLive CS: Developing Dynamic Interactive Layouts is a Level 2 hands-on course will introduce students to advanced concepts of the Adobe GoLive CS Web development application. After successful completion of this class students will have been introduced to using snippet items and components to manage repeating site elements; creating dynamic user interface elements, including simple rollovers and complex navigation bars; creating CSS styles to streamline text formatting within a page, and creating external style sheets to allow formatting information to be used throughout a site; defining keyword, description, and other meta tags in order to make sites visible to automatic search engine spiders; creating layers using a number of techniques, and managing the size, position, stacking order, and visibility of all layers; combining layers with behaviors to add additional visual feedback for a viewer navigating a site; working with timelines to create basic animations and complex time-based sequences on pages and targeting page content to specific browsers and versions.
